e-Bullion is dead. e-gold is not in good shape either. Phyxer used to be a tool for accessing e-gold and e-Bullion accounts. It's thus not really useful anymore.
It could evolve toward new e-currencies like Liberty Reserve or Pecunix, but I haven't the motivation nor the time to maintain it. I'm keeping the last version available, since it still can be of interest to someone wanting to take over the work, or grab ideas for another project. Contact me if needed.
