after some complains I got refund of e-Gold 100$ I sent, along with notification their moneybookers.com account got suspended and they can't do the service

I sent 5k to them and I didn't get any $ in paypal or moneybookers.
They told me they will send to me within 24 hours after getting the e-gold and depend on paypal or moneybookers,or they will send both to me,but already 1 month,still no reply to my email or refund.
Scammer!!!!

Now I'm keen to say if it works in fact and what I'll get in fact, then I report here.

I got the money by wire as expected in 3 days. The only problem is that e-goldex.jp didn't reply to ANY of my e-mail questions which is quite stressful.
I first talked with them over skype and started the transaction, but then no news at all.
They did the job though and that is good enough for me.

The transaction amount was 2,000 USD woth of e-gold.
